Cafe Palette was found in 2000, we first started as a restaurant, and later on, we changed our business stretegy and started our first cafe within a private estate. In addtion to the daily cafe business, we provide catering service to the residents of the residence complex. We then expanded our business to different private estates and continue on with our catering services to the public. In 2009, we introduce our new business line of wine services. With the alcohol tax omitted in the beginning of the year, we are sure we can bring in more different flavour of wine, red and white, to pair up our food provided, so that we can make our customers more excited about our food, wine and services provided at their private or company party. In addition, we also import lots of fine wine, including Chateau Lafite, Latour, Mouton, Petrus etc. from private collectors and sourced from the chateax.
